Meet the multi-passionate gal who never gives up. For over 22 years, she has been a career-oriented person, with experience in Web and Apps Development, Digital Marketing, Sales and Business Development, Social Media, Paid Ads, Customer Service, Product Development, SEO, Content, Graphics, and more. She has carried the weight of it all on her shoulders for years, and despite experiencing failures along the way, she has always found a way to bounce back. And now, she’s finally redeemed.
God has been the strength of her heart through it all, and with Him by her side, she has learned to pick herself up and pivot towards success. So let’s join her as we explore her journey and see how she managed to turn her failures into triumphs.
As a young adult, she had dreams of becoming a successful marketer. Armed with a degree in Computer Science, she landed her first job in a Real Estate company. She was filled with passion and determination, but it wasn’t long before she encountered her first major setback. The company she worked for was hit hard by the recession, and needed to shutdown.
But she refused to let this setback define her. She continued to pursue her passion for marketing, taking on freelance work while searching for a full-time job. Eventually, she landed a job at a Tech startup, where she was tasked with leading the marketing department.
She quickly rose through the ranks, impressing her bosses with her creativity, innovation, and results-driven approach. She was soon offered a promotion to a leadership position, which she eagerly accepted. But as her responsibilities grew, so did her workload.
She found herself juggling multiple roles — Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Product Development, SEO, Content, Web, Graphics, and more. And while she was able to manage it all for a while, the stress eventually caught up with her when the Covid-19 pandemic struck. She began to experience burnout, and her work suffered as a result.
She knew she needed to make a change, and so she made the difficult decision to leave her job and start her own business. It was a risky move, but she was determined to make it work.
And work it did. With her passion, creativity, and determination, she was able to build a successful business from the ground up. She worked hard to establish her brand, create a loyal customer base, and deliver outstanding results for her clients.
But success didn’t come without its challenges. She faced setbacks and failures along the way, but each time she fell, she picked herself up and tried again. And with each attempt, she learned valuable lessons that helped her grow and evolve as a marketer and as a person.
